When you send a booking inquiry, we collect the information you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), session type, preferred date, number of children, optional age ranges and your message. We record the submission time and temporarily use a hashed network address to limit spam. Older form submissions may also include the IP address recorded by the previous inquiry form.
How We Use It
We use your information to reply to your inquiry, plan and deliver your session, provide your private portal and maintain booking and agreement records. We do not sell portal account or booking inquiry records. Photograph and video uses, including sharing with advertising platforms, publishers and service providers, are governed by the guardian’s signed session agreement and recorded advertising choice.
Where It Is Stored
Form submissions are stored in our website database, which is kept on our web hosting provider’s servers, and are sent to our business email. We keep backups of the website to protect against data loss.
Cookies
This website uses necessary WordPress cookies for client portal sign-in and account security. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
This website is meant for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Photos of children shown on this website are displayed only with written permission from a parent or guardian, and children are never named.
Your Choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you sent us by contacting us through the booking form.

Client Portal, Agreements and Payments
Our booking process is intended for adults arranging photography for children. We create a private WordPress portal account associated with the adult’s email. When an agreement is signed, we record the named children, guardian relationship, advertising opt-out choice, typed signature, adult/guardian and electronic-signing confirmations, signing time, agreement revision and exact signed agreement text. Booking records and signed agreements are retained as business records until removed under our records policy or applicable legal requirements. Inquiries, account details and agreement records are stored on this website’s server and are accessible to the account holder and authorized studio administrators. The site’s email service delivers booking notifications and password setup/reset messages.
Payments are handled by the payment provider linked in your booking; we do not collect or store card details. Galleries may be hosted by the gallery service selected for your session and should use its private-access settings. Do not send government identification, exact children’s birth dates or medical details through the booking form. The signed session agreement includes the child image release. A guardian who checks the advertising opt-out does not authorize public advertising, promotion, portfolio or commercial publication of the named children’s images. Requests alone do not grant image-use rights. Contact the studio through this website for questions about your records.
